Bazaar Ramadhan - Shah Alam Stadium

We're back on track with the quest for the best Bazaar Ramadhan in the Klang Valley and on Wednesday, we made it all the way to the Shah Alam Stadium.

On a hot afternoon, we found ourselves staring in awe at the blue, red, green and yellow tentage – there were so many of them! Which translates to many, MANY stalls selling food, glorious food!

You'd certainly be spoilt for choice at this place. I'm not even going to bother describing everything... the pictures themselves are explanation enough!

There were rows and rows of different stalls selling all manner of thirst-quenching drinks…

 Kuih –muih…

Fried chicken…

Roast chicken

 There was even roast duck!

Fried burung puyuh...

Ikan bakar…

There were even kebabs!

... and roti kebab...

Grilled lamb chops...

Ayam percik...

Various types of mee...

Nasi briyani...

Lauk pauk...

Lok-lok also have...

Murtabak, of course...

Roti jala...

Murtabak jala also got!!

Rojak sotong...

Sotong kering...

Otak-otak...

Freshly made Karipap...

Fried cendawan (mushrooms)! They even came in different flavours : original, curry and black pepper...
JD got a bag of these and according to him, they tasted like Twisties!

Various types of Pizza!

Chicken Porridge...
There was so much more variety in this bazaar than any other - I didn't even finish taking pictures that day!! So it gets a 4.5 out of 5 on our lemang scale.

We even met one of our listeners, Zuhaidah, who came to the bazaar to specifically meet JD and I…

I was even interviewed by one Star reporter, Aida, who met us there and wanted to know what my faves were for buka puasa – check out the article in this week’s Sunday Metro!

Next stop : Kampung Sg. Penchala!
